Damaged Items
We package all BULLWULF products with care. If your item arrives damaged (defective or physically broken), please contact us at info@bullwulf.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damaged item for review. Please note: cosmetic damage to packaging does not qualify as a damaged product.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
